If for some reason you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the session to someone else and then rearrange, if you wish, your appointment for another time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy(Required)

– Cancellations made with over 28 day’s notice prior the date of first session will receive a full refund
– Cancellations made 14 – 28 days prior to the date of the first session will receive a 50% refund
– Cancellations made less that 14 days prior to the date of the first session will not receive a refund

**Rescheduling Policy**
– First Postponement – You can postpone the date of your training once, provided you notify us at least two weeks before the scheduled date. If you notify us that you are unable to attend this second date you may forfeit your original fee.
– Subsequent Postponements – We’ll only consider a second request to postpone under very exceptional circumstances and is subject to our discretion.
